A wine of intense cherry red colour. It has a clear aroma of medium intensity with notes of black fruit such as blackberry and cherry. These are complemented by a spiced background of medium toasting and toffee. Good body with mature and ample tannins enhancing the presence of black fruit. Long finish reminiscent of fruit in liqueur

Vinification process:
Controlled fermentation. Maceration of approximately 38 days with daily pumping over, plunging, and rack and return, giving the wine additional structure and body. Part of Manto Negro and Syrah ferment in 5000 liters French oak casks to make the special coupage. Not filtered

10 months in French oak barrels
