Organic Manto Negro 2018 - "Vélonegre"
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol
Garnet color with a raspberry hue. Clean and shiny. Aromas of floral notes and ripe plums with hints of cinnamon. Soft with an ample mouth and a warm after taste with delicate balsamic notes.

16 - 17°C
After de-stemming, a 5 day pre fermentative maceration starts. Then the alcoholic fermentation goes on for 20 days with daily pumping over. Finally the post fermentative maceration takes place for 5 days before the “débourbage”
