Intense garnet red colour. Strong aromas with a predominance of balsamic hints and of red fruits in liqueur. Lively in the mouth, with a marked Mediterranean character, a full body and well-structured tannins. Long finish with smooth toasted notes

17 - 18°C
Vinification process:
Pre-fermentation maceration of about 5 days. Controlled fermentation with daily stirring, and “rack and return” at mid-fermentation. Once fermentation is achieved, a post fermentation maceration of 15 days is performed
