Tasting notes:
The color is deep garnet red, lively, bright, with light orange highlights. Very complex aromas, initially intriguing notes of rose and violet, opens to notes of tobacco, truffles and coffee to the end with an explosion of spices and a subtle vanilla aroma and terroir. In the mouth it is perfectly balanced, robust, with a long and elegant finish

Truffle- based recipes, meat dishes, first courses with porcini mushrooms, game, seasoned cheeses

Vinification process:
Selection of the best grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 10-15 days

At least three years in big Slavonian oak barrels, following by not less than 6 months in the bottle
