Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red color with violet highlights. Wide olfactory spectrum, with clear hints of plum, black cherries and spicy aromas of black pepper, cinnamon and vanilla. The taste isharmonious, elegant, with soft tannins and a very intense aromatic persistence

To taste with grilled and roasted white or red meat, braised poultry but also cold cuts and medium seasoned cheesees
