Location of the vineyards:
North of La Rioja Denomination of Origin. The vine is planted at 500-600 meters above the sea level in a clayey and calcareus soil
Vinification process:
The wine is fermented and matured in concrete tanks. The malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously in April. The wine is left in the tanks for 24 months for natural sedimentation and stabilization
Aging:
19 months in light and medium toast oak French barrels
