Persistent aftertaste accompanied by hints of yeast, sweet almond and with a pleasant aromatic background typical of Chardonnay

Ideal as an aperitif. It goes perfectly with many appetizers, with first courses and fish dishes in general and is ideal throughout the meal

On the border between the provinces of Trento and Bolzano. The vine is planted at 400 meters above the sea level in a limestone soil

Pergola system (typical of the Trento Region)

Vinification process:
Whole bunch soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts

Aging:
Second fermentation in the bottle. The wine rests on its own lees for 25 months
