Colour: deep ruby red with violet hues
Aroma:typical scents of blackberries, currants and Maquis, with notes of spice and vanilla
Taste: well structured, balanced ,with smooth tannins and long finish, typical of the variety
Suggested food pairings:
Perfect with grilled and braised red meat.It goes well also with vegan and vegetarian specialties based on Porcini mushrooms and black truffle.

Second half of October
Vinification process:
Maceration of at least 40 days only with natural enzymes. Wine does not undergo any kind of stabilization and filtration. Presence of sediments should be considered a guarantee of authenticity
Aging:
In 1000 liters French oak barrels for 24 months and in bottle for other 12 months
Aging resistance:
10 - 15 years
