Location of the vineyards:
Cabama vineyard, north of La Rioja Denomination of Origin. The 30 years old vine is planted in a clayey and calcareus soil
Vinification process:
After destemming the grape is fermented and matured in concrete tanks. The malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously. The wine is left in the tanks for 7 months for natural sedimentation and stabilization
Aging:
12 months in French and Caucasic oak barrels
