Tasting notes:
It opens with an elegant bouquet of violet, red berry, spice and a whiff of leather. The delicious palate delivers fleshy black cherry layered with mint, licorice, balsamic herbs and cinnamon-spice. It’s impeccably balanced with firm tannins and fresh acidity that give it an age-worthy structure

Vinification process:
Selection of the best grapes. Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28° C, managed with moderate repassing; peel is steeped for 15-20 days, with post-fermentation steeping at 28-30°C
Aging:
At least three years in big Slavonian oak barrels, following by not less than 24 months in the bottle
Aging resistance:
25 years
