Tasting notes:
Colour: ruby red tending to garnet with aging
Aroma: great minerality and complexity, thanks to a rich olfactory profile composed of notes of red fruit with an aftertaste of berries, herbs, spices and licorice
Taste: warm, robust and persistent, showing fine balance, with smooth tannins and a long balsamic finish.
Suggested food pairings:
First courses with savory sauces, grilled meats, medium seasoned game and cheese
