Intense garnet color with purple and vermillion shades. Fruity, spicy and balsamic aromas, with wildberry, bitter cocoa and licurice notes. Silky mouthfeel with a long aftertaste

Pairs perfectly with beef stews, legumes, strong cheese and grilled meat
Temperature of service:
14 - 18°C. Decant 30 minutes before serving
Location of the vineyards:
Toro Denomination of Origin. The 80 years old vine is planted in a sandy soil
Vinification process:
Starting from selected grapes, the must is directly fermented in French oak tonneaux for 24 days at 28 °C. The newly fermented wine undergoes the malolactic fermentation
Aging:
24 months in 225L new and medium toastd French oak barrels
