The estate

Tenuta Pennita has 80 hectares of cultivated land. Most of them are mainly planted with Sangiovese, the historic vine of Romagna. The estate is located at an altitude of 186 meters above sea level, on the sunny hills of “Terra del Sole”.
The favorable exposure to the sun and the positive influence of the nearby Adriatic Sea allow the fields to be ideal for the cultivation of high-quality fruit plants such as vineyards and olive trees.
